I am a certified Master Practitioner accredited and Master Certified executive coach (MCC), Senior Team Coach, Job Transition Coach, Mental Coach and senior advisor in Strategy, People and Culture.

I have 20+ years of experience in strategy implementation, international human resources management, business development and consulting. I am specialized in leadership excellence, change & transformation and I do development work with individual leaders, teams and organizations. I have worked several years as a senior human resources executive and as a management team member in listed companies and have a good sense of the world and the mind of an executive in today’s business. I have also acted as a Business Director and boosted sales and market presence with a profit and loss responsibility. I currently have a hybrid work model, working part -time as Business Director and People Leader for Career services at a multinational organisation, and half of my time I focus on my own business. This balance keeps me firmly rooted in the heart of international business, with one foot planted in-house, and the other stepping into various companies. I have worked in many industries such as IT, telecommunications, sports equipment and soft goods, technical building systems, constructions and industrial services, pharmaceutical- in businesses characterized by complexity and rapid change. I have also vast experience in working with the public sector. The scope my work has been international throughout my career and I have worked and lived in Finland, Germany, Spain and China and I have worked several years as a short-term expert in Africa.

I hold a Master’s degree in economics (M.Sc. econ.). I have completed my Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching in London, UK. I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by International Coach Federation (ICF) as well as a Master Practitioner accredited coach by Eu ropean Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) . I am also a certified career coach and a certified Agile HR practitioner. I am also a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT). I am currently pursuing my diploma as a High Performance Mental Coach. My certification as a Foresight Practitioner I have completed at the Institute for the Future in the US.

I have acted as Board member in the following organizations: European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Finland (President & Chairman); International Coach Federation (ICF) Finland (Chairman & Vice Chairman) and Board Professionals (Board member).

My working languages are English, Swedish and Finnish and I converse in French.

I am a certified practitioner or several validated psychometric tools such as Myers Briggs Type indicator (MBTI), FIRO-B, FIRO_Business, HOGAN Personality Inventory (HPI), HOGAN Development Survey (HDS), HOGAN The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), CPI-260, WorkPlace Big Five, WOPI, Change Style Indicator, Influence Style Indicator as well as several 360 leadership inventories.
